A Visit With Sandy Bolton MP
In June, we met with Sandy Bolton MP to share the heart behind Nana’s Nest and the urgent need for safe, affordable housing for women escaping domestic and family violence.
We spoke about our vision to bring young mums, often with infants and very limited support, together with women over 55 who bring wisdom, stability and a deep sense of care. Creating a shared home anchored in community is a practical, compassionate solution that gives women a chance to heal, rebuild and belong.
To make this vision a reality, we are continuing to raise the funds needed to secure a suitable site. We’re incredibly grateful for Sandy’s time, guidance and support as we work toward this next step.
If you’d like to learn more or get involved, we would love to hear from you.
